Daniel Radcliffe Grammy-winning musician Werd is all set to play Al Yankovic in Werd: The Al Yankovic Story. This is the primary unique biopic of the streamer Roku and can stream on the OTT platform solely.
Yankovic co-wrote the screenplay with director Eric Appel, who is about to direct the characteristic as effectively.
The movie’s official synopsis reads, “The biopic is second to none, exploring every aspect of Yankovic’s life, from his meteoric rise to his staggering celebrity with early hits like ‘Eat It’ and ‘Like a Surgeon’. Featuring love affairs and a notoriously corrupt lifestyle. “Weird: The Al Yankovic Story” takes viewers on a truly incredible journey through Yankovic’s life and career, from gifted child prodigy to one of the greatest ever To a great musical story.”
Expressing happiness over Radcliffe taking part in his function within the movie, Werd Al mentioned in an announcement to Variety, “I am absolutely thrilled that Daniel Radcliffe will portray me in the film. The movie will go on flooring in February in Los Angeles.
