In a suspicious incident of street rage, three males thrashed him with sticks, injuring a motorbike rider and his buddy. Police mentioned they obtained a criticism concerning the assault in southwest Delhi’s Palam on Wednesday. Both the accused and the sufferer reside in the identical locality in Palam space.
The biker working in BPO was returning dwelling when his bike unintentionally hit a scooter. The scooter proprietor and his relative received off the two-wheeler and allegedly attacked the bike rider and his buddy, who was driving behind.
A video of the incident went viral on social media. In the video, a person is seen holding the biker and beating him up whereas one other man is holding the biker’s buddy and beating him up. After a while a girl and one other man come to the spot. The third accused beats up the victims with sticks whereas the girl tries to cease the assault. The males are cornered towards a automobile and crushed up by the group.
In one other video of the incident, the bike rider’s head is seen bleeding whereas the accused are blaming him.
Police mentioned the bike rider suffered minor head accidents and went to the police station to lodge a criticism. He is steady now.
DCP (South West) Pindik Pratap Singh mentioned that each the edges obtained accidents within the combating. “We have received complaints from both sides; They know each other and live in the same area. We have also found evidence which shows that the biker and his friend also beat up the other side. A cross FIR has been registered in the case under sections of assault. The investigation is on,” the DCP mentioned.
