Delhi courtroom seeks police report on plea in opposition to Manohar Lal Khattar

A Delhi courtroom on Thursday sought an motion taken report (ATR) on a plea filed in opposition to Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar for allegedly making provocative speeches to incite violence in opposition to protesting farmers.

Advocate Amit Sahni filed the petition requesting the courtroom to summon Khattar and direct the involved law enforcement officials to analyze after registering an FIR in opposition to him. Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Sachin Gupta directed the Delhi Police to file the ATR on December 16, when the matter shall be heard subsequent.

The petition stated that Khattar instigated the farmers to protest through the use of drive throughout a gathering with the members of BJP Kisan Morcha in Chandigarh on October 3.
