The Delhi High Court on Thursday dismissed the Samata Party’s enchantment towards a single-judge bench order relating to allotment of a “flaming torch” image by the Election Commission (EC) to Uddhav Thackeray’s Shiv Sena final month.

A division bench of Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma and Justice Subramaniam Prasad dismissed the petition whereas upholding the one choose’s order.
