Delhi University accelerates vaccination course of for workers

The University of Delhi has began to hurry up the vaccination course of for its workers and their members of the family. On Friday, a walk-in vaccination middle was began for folks above 45 years of age at Laxmibai College.

DU tweeted from its official account on Thursday night time, “Glad to announce a walk-in vaccination campaign from May 28, 2021 in collaboration with the NCT office of Laxmibai College, District Magistrate, North West, Delhi Government.”

“Continuing our humble efforts to fight the epidemic and provide services for covid care, we are starting the COVID Immunization Center on the college campus on May 24, 2019 at 4 am. The center will operate from 9 am to 4 pm (closed Sunday), ”it stated in one other tweet.

DU stated that the vaccination middle would “administer Kovishield at no charge to all employees of Delhi University and its affiliated colleges, teaching and non-teaching, (permanent, ad hoc, contractual, retired) and their family members”.

“No pre-registration is required. Please bring your proof of identity – Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, DL (any) – for registration. Kovid-appropriate behavior is mandatory,” DU tweeted.

Balaram Paani, Dean of Colleges stated that this would be the fourth walk-in facility on the campus. Vaccination is already being finished on the Health Center and Shivaji College on the North and South Campus.
