The Enforcement Directorate on Tuesday arrested former NSE CEO and MD Ravi Narayan in a cash laundering case.
His function is being investigated by the Federal Investigation Agency as a part of two prison circumstances – the alleged co-location ‘rip-off’ case and the alleged unlawful telephone tapping of staff.
Narayan is known to have been arrested within the tapping case underneath prison sections of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
