England limited-overs captain Jos Buttler stated gamers had no downside with Alex Hales’ inclusion within the Twenty20 World Cup squad after the batsman acquired his first call-up after being dropped in 2019 .

“I spoke to a number of senior gamers to ensure nobody would have an issue with Alex coming again to the group if we wished to select him. Nobody had any points,” Butler informed reporters forward of their T20I sequence in Pakistan on Thursday.
“He is clearly in nice type. We know the way gifted he’s and he has gained a number of expertise because the final time he performed for England.
Hales, who can also be with the group in Pakistan, has performed 60 innings within the T20 Big Bash League in Australia at a mean of 33.16.
“Looking at the World Cup, his Big Bash record is fantastic. Australia is a place where he has done well, and so he was clearly being liked,” Butler stated.
England started their T20 World Cup marketing campaign towards Afghanistan in Perth on 22 October.
