Ronnie Redford, the scorer of one of the crucial iconic objectives in FA Cup historical past, has died on the age of 79.
Redford first drove a 30-yard shot residence on a muddy pitch as Hereford United upset Newcastle United within the third spherical at Edgar Street in 1972.
“Ronnie is not only part of Hereford United folklore, he is part of football history,” learn one Hereford’s assertion.
