Five IAS and 5 Excise officers transferred in Chhattisgarh

The Chhattisgarh authorities on Monday issued switch orders of 5 IAS officers together with Jashpur Collector MD Kaware. On Monday, orders for the switch of 5 excise officers have been additionally issued.

MD Kaware, a 2008 batch IAS Jashpur Collector, has been transferred to the Water Resources Department as Special Secretary. Bijapur Collector Ritesh Agarwal (Batch 2012) has been appointed as the brand new Collector of Jashpur.

Rajendra Kumar Katara (Batch 2012) posted as Additional Collector of Raigad district has been appointed as the brand new Collector of Bijapur.

Sources claimed that Kaware was taken out as a retaliation after six minors from a government-aided residential coaching heart alleged sexual abuse by the centre’s workers. Sources mentioned the Centre, barely a number of kilometers away from the collector’s workplace, had a number of irregularities, which weren’t monitored by Kaware.
