The Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) has additionally issued a flood alert for Argyll and Bute, Ayrshire and Arran, central Scotland, Dumfries and Galloway, Dundee and Angus, Edinburgh and Lothian, Fife, the Borders, Teesside and west central Scotland.
