Liquor businessman Arvind Singla was despatched to three-day police custody on Thursday for duping his enterprise companion’s spouse of Rs 3 crore.
Singla was dropped at the native court docket on a manufacturing warrant. A case of dishonest was registered towards him together with three others on June 9. The different accused have been recognized as Tejinder Singh, Raman Puri and Vikas Kumar. The position of Dalip Kumar, a public notary, can also be underneath query.
The FIR has been registered on the criticism of Shweta Singla, spouse of Arvind’s enterprise companion Deepak Singla. Police stated Arvind Singla had fraudulently obtained Shweta’s signature on some clean papers, following which her husband was sued by a Gurgaon-based firm for bounced checks.
