Girls’s World Boxing Championship: Neetu Ghaghas gained gold after defeating Mongolia’s Lutsekhan Altansetseg

Commonwealth Games gold medalist Neetu Ghanghas (48kg) clinched the World Championship title with a win over Lutsaikhan Altansetseg of Mongolia right here on Saturday.

The Indian produced a stellar efficiency to thrash Altansettseg 5-0 and clinch the featherweight title in entrance of a packed crowd.

Neetu began off aggressively and used her punch combos successfully to safe the win.

With the win, 2022 Strandja Memorial gold medalist Neetu grew to become the sixth Indian boxer to turn out to be world champion.
