The DM had asked the ACMO to give a certificate that they have distributed all the kits provided by the government to the monitoring committees. We accepted this, and also requested that the administration should ask for certificates that show the use of all the kits by the monitoring committees. This enraged the DM. He said the government order was only about distribution and who was I to request the details of expenditure,” Singh mentioned, including that he went on go away from Thursday.
