GTB’s 500-bed facility removes 30 junior resident medical doctors in 2 weeks

About 30 junior resident medical doctors have been eliminated lower than two weeks after they had been introduced on board to facilitate the 500-ICU beds hooked up to the Guru Tegh Bahadur Hospital at Ramlila Maidan.

“I joined on May 12 and have been coming for duty ever since. On Monday, I was on duty in my morning shift, but when I went to the nursing station to register my presence, I was told that I had been relieved of my duty … hospitalized in the last few days The increase in the number of patients has been very low, so they may not need our services. But we should have been given some prior notice, ”stated Dr. Nitin Bagri.

One of the sacked medical doctors, Dr. Jatin Upadhyay, stated that their names within the roster have now been renamed as junior residents of the primary hospital.
