Aryan Khan was detained for questioning by the Narcotics Control Bureau late on Saturday night time after he was discovered to have medication on the cruise. Aryan was later arrested together with Munmun Dhamecha and Arbaaz Merchant. Khan was arrested beneath sections 8C, 20B, 27 and 35 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.
