Indian Institute of Technology Madras has launched the Indian Network for Memory Studies (INMS). The institute claims that it’s the nation’s first formal nationwide community within the discipline of reminiscence research in India. INMS will coordinate complicated engagement with ‘reminiscence’ from numerous establishments together with facilities for cultural research in addition to neuroscience laboratories and business analysis on AI and associated fields.
Established by Dr. Avishek Parui and Dr. Merin Simi Raj, Assistant Professor (English), Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, IIT Madras, will give attention to analysis within the community area.

Through analysis performed on the Center for Memory Studies, IIT Madras, INMS goals to facilitate a departure from the Eurocentric method when it comes to theoretical framework and worldview.
