The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Tuesday mentioned that the primary cyclone of the post-monsoon season is more likely to develop over the Bay of Bengal round October 24.

If it develops, it is going to be the primary cyclone to type within the Bay of Bengal within the month of October since 2018.
