IND vs SL third T20: Sanju Samson out of T20 sequence towards Sri Lanka
Sanju Samson has been dominated out of the rest of the 3-match T20I sequence towards Sri Lanka after injuring his left knee whereas trying to bowl close to the boundary ropes through the 1st T20I on the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
Samson was taken for scans on Wednesday afternoon and has been suggested relaxation and rehabilitation primarily based on skilled opinion.
Vidarbha wicketkeeper-batsman Jitesh Sharma has been included within the Indian squad instead of Samson.
He would be the cowl for Ishan Kishan for the following two matches.
