The All India Senior Selection Committee on Monday chosen the squad for India’s upcoming collection towards New Zealand and Bangladesh.
Soon after the top of the T20 World Cup, Team India will enter the New Zealand collection for the primary time. They will play three T20s and three ODIs in New Zealand. The first T20I shall be performed on November 18, adopted by the second and third on November 20 and November 22 respectively. Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli have been rested for this white-ball tour.
In Rohit’s absence, Hardik Pandya will captain the T20I crew for New Zealand T20Is whereas Shikhar Dhawan will lead the ODI aspect. Speedster Umran Malik has been included in each the groups towards the Black Caps whereas Shahbaz Ahmed has discovered a spot within the ODI setup. However, Dinesh Karthik and Ravichandran Ashwin weren’t included within the 16-man squad for the T20Is towards the Kiwis.
Rishabh Pant has been appointed because the vice-captain for each the legs of the New Zealand tour.

Against Bangladesh, Rohit Sharma will captain for the ODI and Test collection, whereas batsman Rahul Tripathi has been included within the ODI squad. Meanwhile, pacer Yash Dayal earned his maiden India name for ODIs towards Bangla Tigers. KL Rahul will miss the New Zealand tour beginning November 18 however will journey to Bangladesh as Rohit Sharma’s deputy.
Team India will play 3 ODIs and a couple of Tests in Bangladesh. The first ODI shall be held on December 4, adopted by the second and third on December 7 and 10 respectively.
The Test collection will begin with the primary Test on 14 December and finish with the second Test which is able to begin from 22 December.
