India brings 20% ethanol-blending goal to petrol by 2023

“The Central Government has directed that the oil companies shall sell ethanol-blended petrol with the percentage of ethanol up to 20 per cent as per the specifications of Bureau of Indian Standards throughout the states and union territories,” the oil ministry stated.
