India calls Galwan torchbearer incident ‘regrettable’, says its envoy will skip Beijing Winter Olympics

Describing China’s selection of a PLA soldier concerned within the Galwan Valley conflict as a torchbearer within the Beijing Winter Olympics occasion as “regrettable”, India on Thursday mentioned its envoy won’t attend the opening or closing ceremonies of the video games within the Chinese capital.
