The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) stated on Friday that India has expressed its objection to the US over the current go to to Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir by US Ambassador to Islamabad Donald Blom.

“Our objection to the visit and meetings of Pakistan-occupied-J&K by the US Ambassador to Pakistan has been conveyed to the US side,” Foreign Ministry spokesman Arindam Bagchi stated at a media briefing.
He was answering a query on this matter.
In April, US Congresswoman Ilhan Omar visited Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir, prompting a pointy response from India.
“We have seen that US Representative Ilhan Omar has visited a part of the Indian Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir which is currently illegally occupied by Pakistan,” Bagchi had stated.
“If such a politician needs to do his narrow-minded politics at dwelling, it may be his enterprise. But the violation of our territorial integrity and sovereignty in its pursuit makes it ours. This go to is condemnable.”
