In a ceremony held in Amritsar, Foreign Secretary Harsh Vardhan Shringla together with Afghan Ambassador Farid Mamundzay and World Food Program Country Director Bishaw Parajuli flagged off the primary convoy of fifty vans carrying the consignment.

In a press release, the MEA mentioned India stays dedicated to its particular relationship with the individuals of Afghanistan.
