A 37-year-old Indian truck driver has died after his car skidded off a busy freeway within the US state of Arizona, his buddies have mentioned.

Nirmal Singh of Karnal district of Haryana was the only bread earner in his household dwelling. He lived in Indiana, which through the years has emerged as a hub for Sikh drivers within the nation.

The incident occurred at round 11 p.m. Monday on Highway 40 close to Flagstaff in Arizona, when the sufferer was carrying a consignment from Georgia to California. Police is investigating the accident.

Singh is believed to have died on the spot, whereas his accomplice Rahul is combating for all times at a neighborhood hospital. Rahul is claimed to be a resident of Ambala.
