Veteran singer Shabbir Kumar appeared on Indian Idol 12 on Sunday, virtually a month after the loss of life of his spouse. The music artist revealed that it was his tribute to his late spouse who cherished the present.
Shabbir Kumar revealed that his spouse handed away on May 9, a month earlier than the couple may have fun their forty ninth wedding ceremony anniversary. The singer stated that she was an enormous fan of Indian Idol, so accepting the invitation to be part of the present was to make her comfortable.
Shabbir Kumar got here for the episode titled ‘India Ki Farmaish’ the place the contestants sang songs requested by their followers. Supporting contestant Danish Khan, Kumar requested him to sing a few of his hit numbers and Danish was solely comfortable to oblige. According to him, he has finished playback singing for about 6000 songs. His final track was “I Don’t Know What to Do” from Housefull (2010).
Indian Idol 12 is judged by Anu Malik, Himesh Reshammiya and Sonu Kakkar. It airs on Saturday-Sunday at 9.30 pm.
