Indonesia Open: PV Sindhu reaches second spherical with hard-fought win

India’s double Olympic medalist PV Sindhu confirmed dedication to beat a robust Aya Ohori within the opening spherical of the Indonesia Open Super 1000 occasion in Bali on Wednesday.

After a gradual begin, reigning world champion Sindhu made a comeback to beat Ohori of Japan 17-21, 21-17, 21-17 in an hour and 10 minutes to succeed in the pre-quarterfinals.

With this win, Sindhu improved her spectacular report in opposition to the Japanese shuttler to 11-0.
