Asked if she thought it was “fair” to position a rapist in a girls’s property, Ms Medhurst stated: “It’s not a simple process and at the time someone is making a decision in a person’s stead, their Will have extremely limited information and make the best decision at that time, given both the circumstances and the position of our policy.”
