Kangana Ranaut, who has been embroiled in a public battle of phrases with producer-filmmaker Karan Johar for a number of years now, took to her Instagram story on Thursday morning to share some notes on the late Captain Vikram Batra and his not too long ago launched biopic. Sher Shah.
