State Transport Minister Antony Raju on Sunday stated Kerala has gained the award for the ‘metropolis with essentially the most sustainable transport system’.
The minister stated that the award will likely be offered in Delhi on October 29, in recognition of the carried out tasks like Kochi Metro, Water Metro and e-mobility to boost the transport amenities within the metropolis of Kochi.
The formation of the Kochi Open Mobility Network, which digitized and built-in varied transport amenities, additionally helped in successful the award.
Raju stated that the award will likely be offered by Union Housing and Urban Affairs Minister Hardeep Singh Puri in Delhi.
