The Formula One crew introduced on Wednesday that Lando Norris of Britain had signed a brand new deal holding him in McLaren for years to return.
The 21-year-old is in his third season as a race driver for a Woking-based crew, with Australian Daniel Ricciardo becoming a member of him on a long-term contract earlier this 12 months.
“This announcement strengthens the McLaren driver line-up for years to come,” the crew mentioned in a press release forward of this weekend’s Monaco Grand Prix.
Andreas Seidl, the crew’s principal, described the choice as “very straightforward”.
