The Lok Sabha on Wednesday handed the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Amendment) Bill, 2021 with out dialogue amid sloganeering by members of the opposition.
As the House resumed at 2.30 pm, BJD member Bhartrihari Mahtab, who was the Speaker, introduced that the Bill can be taken up for consideration. Mahtab referred to as the names of 20 opposition members who had given discover for a statutory movement to reject the invoice within the House. However, the opposition members didn’t reply as they had been within the Well of the House.
