Men’s T20 World Cup: Schedule introduced, India vs Pakistan conflict on October 24

The International Cricket Council (ICC) on Tuesday introduced the teams for the boys’s T20 World Cup 2021, which will probably be hosted in Oman and the United Arab Emirates from October 17 to November 14. Former champions India will start their marketing campaign towards Pakistan in Dubai on October 24. India, champions within the inaugural version performed in South Africa in 2007 and Afghanistan, New Zealand to succeed in the ultimate in 2014, may even have two qualifiers from Round 1. Group 2 whereas Group 1 consists of England, Australia, South Africa, West Indies and the 2 qualifiers from Round 1.

Oman will tackle Papua New Guinea within the opening match of the match on October 17, whereas the Super 12 section will start with a match between Australia and South Africa on the Zayed Cricket Stadium in Abu Dhabi.

Group A consists of Ireland, Netherlands, Sri Lanka and Namibia who will play in Abu Dhabi on 18 October. The high two groups in every group will advance to the Super 12 stage of the match starting on 23 October, ending on 22 October.

The Super12 stage will start on 23 October in Abu Dhabi, with a Group 1 contest between Australia and South Africa adopted by a match between England and West Indies however in Dubai.

Old rivals England and Australia will meet in Dubai on 30 October. The group will conclude on 6 November with matches between Australia and West Indies in Abu Dhabi and between England and South Africa in Sharjah.

The first semi-final will happen on November 10 at 6 pm native time in Abu Dhabi and the second in Dubai on November 11. Both semi-finals have reserve days.

The last will happen in Dubai on November 14 (6 pm native time on Sunday) and Monday will probably be Reserve Day.

All-day matches are scheduled for 14:00 native time and day-night matches are scheduled for 18:00 native time (+4 GMT).
