MiG 21 airplane crashes in Barmer, pilot evicted

A MiG-21 fighter plane of the Indian Air Force crashed in Rajasthan’s Barmer district on Wednesday night, however the pilot ejected safely, a protection spokesperson stated.

“The plane was on a regular flight when it crashed,” the spokesman stated.

Barmer Superintendent of Police Anand Sharma stated that the incident occurred close to Bhurtiya village of Sadar police station space.

“There is no civilian casualty due to the crash of the fighter plane. Policemen have reached the spot,” he stated.

The spokesman stated the pilot had ejected safely.
