More than 300 mosquito-catching machines have been deployed within the French metropolis of Hyres after bugs started to have an effect on tourism.
Qista machines mimic human respiration to lure mosquitoes and lure them.
Qista says the units cut back the unfold of mosquitoes by about 80%.
BBC Clique’s Chris Fox went to Hires to observe the machines in operation and requested the corporate’s co-founders about their impression on the surroundings.
