Chandigarh Police suspended police constable Manjit Singh, one of many three accused within the homicide of an actual property businessman from Naya village in Phiowa, Kurukshetra. On Saturday, Kurukshetra police arrested Manjit Singh alongside along with his accomplices Pradeep and Sukhpal for the homicide of Sandeep Singh.

During interrogation, accused Manjit Singh had informed the Kurukshetra Police that he was working as a constable in Chandigarh Police and his 18 increments had been stopped by the upper authorities because of his poor report within the police division.
Manjit Singh informed the police that he had are available in contact with Sandeep Singh about two years in the past and later assured him of serving to him recuperate his information, claiming that he would use his affect. In return, as claimed by the accused, Sandeep had demanded Rs 10 lakh from him.
Manjit Singh alleged that about one-and-a-half years in the past he had allegedly given Rs 10 lakh to Sandeep Singh however he neither obtained his information corrected nor returned the cash.
