Music director Kaithapram Viswanathan Namboothiri passes away

Popular Carnatic musician and Malayalam music director Kaithaparam Viswanathan Namboothiri (58) handed away on Wednesday afternoon in Kozhikode. Viswanathan was born to Kannadi Keshavan Namboothiri and Aditi Antarjanam in Kaithaparam village of Kannur district, Kerala. Viswanathan, an alumnus of Swathi Thirunal Music College, Thiruvananthapuram, accomplished the course with the diploma Ganabhushanam.
