The Supreme Court on Monday dismissed Union Minister Narayan Rane’s plea, searching for a keep on the Bombay High Court order demolition of alleged unauthorized constructions in his ‘Adish Bungalow’.

The bench mentioned that it’s clear that the BMC has accepted the concept of second regularization ignoring the rules laid down by the Supreme Court and the High Court and being inconsistent with the sooner stand.
