The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Friday filed a chargesheet in opposition to three LTTE supporters who have been allegedly planning terrorist acts to revive the banned group in Tamil Nadu.
An NIA spokesperson mentioned, “The charge sheet has been filed against the accused Naveen alias Chakraborty M, Sanjay Prakash J and A Kaabilar alias Kabilan, who were arrested from Tamil Nadu.”
The NIA mentioned the case pertained to the restoration of two country-made pistols, ammunition and ammunition throughout a automobile verify close to Puliyampatti Division in Omalur police station space of Salem district in Tamil Nadu on May 19, the NIA mentioned. The case was first registered on May 19 at Omalur police station and later re-registered by the NIA.
“The investigation has established that the three accused had conspired and linked themselves to the LTTE… and formed an organization called the ‘World Tamil Justice Court’.
