Union Minister Nitin Gadkari has issued an apology for the poor situation of a piece on the Mandla-Jabalpur freeway in Madhya Pradesh.

I’m not happy with the situation of the 63-km-long Barela to Mandla part on the Mandla-Jabalpur freeway, which was constructed at a price of Rs 400 crore.
