The rioters had broken almost every CCTV in the vicinity and damaged the DVR… and as such, it is quite possible that no CCTV footage is available in this case.”

The court docket additionally stated that six individuals are absconding within the case and the probe company is tracing them.

The court docket admitted that the costs are nonetheless not framed and the statements of the witnesses are but to be recorded.

“The nature of the allegations against the applicants is very serious. The public witnesses in this case are residents of the same locality and the possibility of intimidation or intimidation by the applicant(s) on their release on bail at this stage cannot be ruled out,” the court docket stated.
