“In his statement, he has said that the seven pictures he posted on Instagram were not obscene and he was wearing underwear,” an official mentioned. He mentioned the {photograph} by which the complainant had alleged that her “personal parts were visible”, was not part of the photoshoot.
“He provided us with all the pictures taken during the photoshoot. The police team also examined his Instagram post, which does not contain the picture given by the complainant,” the officer mentioned.
