The Central Government has launched the National Youth Parliament Scheme (NYPS) on the event of the anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of India i.e. Constitution Day. With this launch, the National Youth Parliament Scheme portal is now working at nyps.mpa.gov.in. Candidates can now apply on-line and do National Youth Parliament Scheme on-line registration at official web site. NYPS internet portal incorporates numerous e-training sources within the type of tutorials, literature, coaching movies for e-training and self-learning of the individuals.

National Youth Parliament Scheme Portal – Features

Here are the important features and salient features of NYPS Scheme Portal:-

1. All recognized educational organizations in India are eligible to participate in the National Youth Parliament Scheme.
2. This NYPS web-portal (nyps.mpa.gov.in) will be the only medium for applying for participation and registration by educational institutions.
3. NYPS portal will provide photo, video, script and e-training module for self-learning through online mode.
4. On successful registration, each eligible educational institution can participate in the meetings of the Youth Parliament in their respective institutions.
5. All participating students of NYPS will get a “Certificate of Participation”. Accordingly, each head and teacher-in-charge of the institution will be given a “Certificate of Appreciation” through the web-portal.
