Amid a standoff in Parliament over the Pegasus espionage problem, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh on Monday spoke to Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha Mallikarjun Kharge and sought his cooperation to finish the standoff. With the federal government not agreeing to a debate on Pegasus, the opposition indicated it was hardening its place and plans to accentuate its assault towards the federal government.
