The Supreme Court on Thursday sought response of the Telangana authorities and others on an attraction filed in opposition to the NGT order accepting the suggestions of a committee associated to the Polavaram undertaking.

“Furthermore, the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to transfer the proceedings to the Supreme Court. All other recommendations are accepted and can be acted upon by the project authority and the respective states. Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Odisha and Telangana and Central Water Commission”.
