A pre-recorded message from late CDS General Bipin Rawat, recorded a day earlier deadly helicopter crash What killed him and 12 others was telecasted at a program by Union Minister Rajnath Singh in New Delhi on Sunday.

In a message, Late CDS General Bipin Rawat congratulated the Armed Forces on the event of ‘Swarnim Vijay Parv’ being celebrated to commemorate India’s historic victory within the 1971 struggle and 50 years of Indo-Bangladesh friendship. He additionally paid tribute to the troopers who died within the 1971 struggle.

Inaugurating this system, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh stated that ‘Swarnim Vijay Parv’ can be celebrated with simplicity after the dying of CDS Rawat. Rawat, his spouse Madhulika Rawat and 11 others died in a helicopter crash close to Coonoor in Tamil Nadu on Wednesday.

Talking concerning the Indo-Bangladesh War of 1971, Rajnath Singh stated, “India has contributed to the establishment of democracy in Bangladesh. Today we are very happy that Bangladesh has progressed on the path of development in the last 50 years. Today I salute the valor, valor and sacrifice of each and every soldier of the Armed Forces of India, due to which India won the 1971 war. The nation will always be indebted to him for his sacrifice.”
