President Ram Nath Kovind has mentioned that he pays tax of Rs 2.75 lakh per thirty days.
According to some TV information channels, the President mentioned this on Friday in Jhinjhak of Kanpur Dehat district.
Kovind began his journey to Kanpur on 25 June in a particular Rashtrapati practice from Delhi’s Safdarjung railway station.
The practice made two stop-overs at Jhinjhak and Rura in Kanpur Dehat, the place the President interacted along with his previous acquaintances from his college days and the early days of his social service.
