Prime Minister Narendra Modi unveiled the brand new naval ensign (flag) for the Indian Navy in Kochi on Friday to mark the commissioning of India’s first indigenous plane service INS Vikrant on the Cochin Shipyard Limited.

Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Kerala Governor Arif Mohammad Khan, Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and different dignitaries have been current on the occasion.
