He ordered, “It may be noted that the court has expressed its mind and desire in the public interest that the forensic laboratory should be fully equipped and the forensic mobile van should be modernised…”. “On the next date the Principal Secretary and the Director of the Forensic Science Laboratory will be present in the matter so that the responsibility is not put on each other’s shoulders to work together…”

CJ Ranjan later slammed the federal government: “Wherever there is an obstruction against the court, whoever we are, we will take serious action. They just need six months to release the funds… the funds should be released immediately. You [the government] There should be no problem elsewhere, only in compliance with the orders of the court. May I rephrase the examples… He has not filed the affidavit as desired by the court.”
