Aryan Khan was arrested on October 3 after a raid on a Goa-bound cruise ship and is at present in judicial custody. He is lodged in Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai.
Earlier, Hrithik Roshan, Sussanne Khan, Shatrughan Sinha, Pooja Bhatt and Salman Khan amongst others confirmed their assist to Shah Rukh Khan and his household.
