Raveena Tandon’s father, filmmaker Ravi Tandon, handed away on Friday on the age of 85. He had lung fibrosis and handed away due respiratory failure. Tandon breathed his final at his residence at 3.45 am.
Raveena took to her Instagram deal with, and remembered her father with a heartfelt observe. Sharing footage with him, together with one from her childhood, Raveena wrote, “You will all the time stroll with me , I’ll all the time be you, I’m by no means letting go. Love you papa.”
Actors Neelam Kothari, Juuhi Babbar and Chunky Panday shared their condolences. Juhi Chawla wrote within the feedback part, “Heartfelt condolences to you and your loved ones Raveena. May his soul relaxation in peace. Om Shanti.”
Ravi Tandon was energetic throughout Nineteen Seventies-Eighties. A director, producer and author, he has helmed movies like Anhonee, Khel Khel Mein, Majboor, Khuddar, Zindagi amongst others.

Raveena has repeatedly given us glimpses into her household time. In May 2021, she shared an image of her dad and mom as they marked 55 years of marriage. “55 wonderful years and extra to come back! My inspiration , my religion and my perception in love and companionship for a collectively ceaselessly comes from them. Happy 55 th marriage ceremony anniversary and 62 years (+ 7 years courtship) of realizing and loving one another via every part,” Raveena wrote within the caption.
